Dr. Narra presented the strategic and development plans of the PCC, aligning with the mandates outlined in the NICCA and the Department of Health (DOH) Department Order 2021-0001: “Designation of Selected DOH Hospitals as Specialty Centers.” She underscored the crucial role of the PCC as the Apex hospital in the healthcare provider network, emphasizing potential partnerships and collaborations with Local Government Units (LGUs) in the CALABARZON region. These collaborations are aimed at enhancing cancer care services, research initiatives, and capacity development.
